Thanks again for the Game!
ReplyDeleteIn this podcast, I was hoping for a little more of a post-mortem. Maybe not complete analysis of bad parts, but more description of the process during the weekend more a peek behind the curtain.
Next week. :)
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of puzzles that didn't work and didn't work until they worked, have you guys ever told the story of the Tantrix tile puzzle? Ever once in a while I see Tantrix in a store, and I have this amazing crash of memories of love/hate/frustration/pride wash over me.
ReplyDeleteAlso, did the emergency clue I made for you guys get used? If not, do you think it would be fun/interesting to recast it into a little post-game activity and release it?

I'm pretty sure we've discussed the Tantrix clue on SnoutCast at some point, though perhaps not in sufficient detail.
ReplyDeleteAnd fortunately, we did not need to unleash your emergency clue during WarTron, but we did hand out the USB drives at the end party (since the teams had paid for the materiel). I don't know if anyone's actually solved it...
Hmm, couldn't use all the sites you wanted to, eh? Just gonna have to run another PDX game, obv.
ReplyDeleteToo soon?
Hey, we do a Puzzled Pint on the second Tuesday of every damn month, any time you want to drop by. ;)
ReplyDeleteBOSTON???? Ah crap. So much for keeping myself spoiler free.
